Base Scramble II is the sixth mission in the Desert chapter of Story Missions, as well as the one that unlocks the next chapter. This map introduces the Demon Mage enemy, a tough demon that can fire an AOE magic attack with a splash radius even larger than what the size of its effect animation would suggest.
As with other Desert maps, this mission has the property of Initial HP reduction: Large, where all affected units lose the majority of their HP upon deployment. Thoughtless placement of melee units is ill-advised.
Completing this mission will increase the player's unit capacity by 4.
