Return of the Dragon Princess (竜姫の復活) is a star rush Urgent Mission that originally ran from 4/28/15 to 5/12/15.
The plot revolves around Echidna, a priestess of the Ryujin. She wishes to coexist with humans, but the Elder of her race seeks war. Echidna thus enlists the Prince to defeat the Elder and return peace to both races.
The event was revived from 12/20/2016 to 12/27/2016 as a Moment Crystal exchange revival.

Revival[]
During revivals, the normal star rush rewards are no longer available. Instead, players can gather Moment Crystals (MC) that can be exchanged for event units in the trading post. Moment Crystals drop from event maps in addition to previous drops.

Note that the reduced price for units is only available if a copy of the unit is already owned -- it doesn't help if you had the unit before but lost it (e.g. by discharging or using as a combination material). This is particularly notable for Dorania, as he will be lost if he is used to create Anya.
Also note that these same units were available during the revival of Ryujin Invasion (and only one Fleur may be purchased between both events).

However, until recently, the warring between humans and my kind was a distant memory. Echidna: These days we would prefer to live together with humans in peace. Echidna: But when the Great Elder once again issued the command to attack humans, I fled the underground without a thought. Echidna: The Great Elder stands at the top of our clan. Echidna: No one would dare go against his orders... He battled with humans in the war long ago, and still clings to his hatred. Echidna: Yet amongst the Ryujin there are others like me who wish to live alongside humans. Echidna: That is why, Prince, I ask you to lend me your strength!
